  Always rude when I go in I was previously lining up to buy something at the counter and there was an older lady at the counter talking to I'm assuming (friends) she was there and at the counter perfectly fine to serve me and do her job instead of taking to friends and calls another employee over saying (girls name) can you serve her ugh. This girl came over and served me was fine but the rudeness of the other lady was appalling and especially when (girls name) was busy helping people at the fitting rooms and running around putting stock back

  Definitely not user friendly! Every time I try to look it up online it takes forever to load, whether this be on my phone, iPad or computer! I don't have this issue with other websites!

  I had asked one of the girls working there if they had a particular dress I was looking for, she made me feel stupid about asking because she had never seen the dress before. I had seen it at Ally Liverpool and explained every detail about it, I understand that not all stores have the same stock, but she could've been nicer about it. She went and checked it on the website until her manager stepped in and rudely said "If it's not online, we don't have it anywhere". They could've simply said "Unfortunately we don't have that dress anymore" instead of making me look like an idiot in front of everyone.

  Bought a coat for someone from here, and the girl was rude about it, and the coat didn't have its belt, which it should've because it was $89, and it has belt hole but not a belt?

  Another time I went in recently I was looking to buy a few things and just ended up getting a shirt it was on a up to 70% off rack I know it says up to but there was half of the rack with sale stickers and the other with brand new items some with stickers 2 for $20 I asked the lady when at the registers was it 70% off or not she said no it wouldn't she been there it would have been on last chance its new then I showed her right behind me the rack full of every size in the same design and multiple others then she started taking them off saying on they're not me at to be there someone else must have put them there then I said ok then she asked if I still wanted it and I said yes but I'll use my 10% off with unidays she said what what are you talking about I showed her the sign in the counter and she was like right ok then so I had my app ready I showed her then she said to go to my profile (I've never been asked to do this before) so she could verify it I was already logged in so showed her then she said ok well I need to see your uni card too (again never been asked to do this before and this is the only store I go to and never had any problems before) I got my Tafe card out (it's basically the same as uni just a different name plus the app has the choice of college Tafe uni etc ) sh said my card was not valid as it's from Tafe and it's not the same thing she was raising her voice and having a go at me I then said how did I get the app then when you asked me to verify it it said Liverpool Tafe then she told me to stop being smart and it not the same thing so she won't allow it (even though it's been fine at this store multiple times before) I then said ok then gave her my money and when she gave the rest back she was being very rude about it and then I said ok thanks she then was being very smart and sassy putting the item and reciept in the bag holding it up on the counter thinking she was so good caus she didn't give me my discount I then took the bag quickly and walked off as she was making a simple thing so over the top and so rude then when I left the store after taking my bag she shouted wow how classy your so classy wow wow (other staffs name) did you see her hahaha wow she's so classy (obviously joking around and being sarcastic) everyone in the store could hear her making fun of a customer when she was giving the customer attitude and sass

  I have also had just about every time I go in this store all staff in the store ignore me and don't even try to help or acknowledge me I'm not sure how many other times people are getting ignored but I'm not sure this business is going very well with customer service and all employees having attitude the new store at Campbelltown mall and Narellan is where I think I'll be going from now on
